the "strange voters" been voting since day one, you can go back and look at the votes in Bayley/Carmella's match and see there were posters with low amounts of posts voting and they ain't a problem cause they vote evenly
the problem is the one poster who clearly has 15+ accounts named after old school wrestlers coming in and voting for the same person, those votes ain't counting cause that's poll swaying
