Just doing some random reading, and came across something saying the Nation was the first stable the WWF created as NWO kicked off earlier in the year in WCW.....and after doing some backtracking....they actually were NWO formed in July 1996, and the Nation (in the WWF) was November 1996, before DX, Kaientai, DOA, the Union, the Ministry, and so many others.

I was about to explain it but Godfather does it better than me lol

It did seem like a VERY gradual transition from Kama to Godfather, but I didn't think it was 7 months like he mentioned here.

You can even see in these, he started wearing vests, caps, and having cigars, but he wasn't actually called The Godfather yet.
