Right now, the thing I'd recommend the most is CS Lewis' A Grief Observed. It's not a self-help book, just a series of reflections on his feelings and his grappling with his faith and his worldview and his life in the aftermath of losing his wife. I don't share his religious beliefs, but found the story of his struggle very helpful when I lost someone I was close with.
