I think he's healthy now but creative probably has nothing for him.
I didn't see/don't remember enough of his work to make an informed vote on Truth
6, but with a better push he could've been a 7. He had in-ring ability, charisma, and some mic skills. He's just hurt by not having many memorable moments, but some of that is screentime/who he worked with.
He could've had a good WWE run as a crazy, grimy cigarette smoking heel, but they made him goofy and PG with the little jimmy sh1t pretty quickly. Off talent he could be higher than a 6 for sure, but he doesn't have enough moments I want to see again to put him higher.

He honestly one of the most talented wrestlers in the business but Vince don't use him that way because he's dark skin. One of the most gifted if not the most gifted. Not the most clinical.
