2011 was a great year for him. :ehh:

His tag team with Miz was an excellent duo. However his Wellness violation ruined his momentum.

TNA Killings is probably an 8.5

WWE Truth is probably a 6 outside of when he first came in on SD and his heel run in 2011. Him and Miz were awesome together. So I'll just give him a 7.

In TNA he was so good, especially coming off a pretty meh WWF run as Roaddogg's homie. TNA was basically his 2011 WWE heel run turned up to 1000%. It was very entertaining and I was looking forward to seeing him take off during that time. I liked how they brought him in on Smackdown in 2008, he was a face but not being super cheesy or anything, but never really advanced beyond that. He won the US and Tag titles, but I couldn't tell you any significant feuds during that time. His heel run was great though, even though it didn't really propel him to do much. He was a highlight every week hitting people with water bottles and smoking cigarettes :mjlol:

I liked his feud with Rey Mysterio, as that was probably his biggest WWE win. Awesome Truth was also a highlight every week, but of course they ended up being used as a backdrop for the Cena/Rock feud, and Cena basically ended R-Truth's run, and Vince McMahon loving the Little Jimmy thing forced him back into being the jobber face that we've been seeing ever since. R-Truth has been in the WWE for almost 10 years (and maybe 11 and a half if you count his original run), and he's pretty much been a jobber/undercard guy for like 7 of those years. How he has still remained popular when he's been so low on the card is pretty much a testament that he's a legit talent, that just happened to get saddled into a comedic role that he's been content with. He's always had charisma and the ability to talk, and had a pretty distinct athletic style, and his best matches were in TNA, and Rey Mysterio. I've always been a fan of his, but even with 10 years in the company, I still felt like he could have done more. That heel run should have led to something bigger, but they nuked it just to sell some t-shirts. Oh well, props to him for still being popular and getting money out of Vince for a very long time all while only changing his gimmick once and keeping the same theme song.....wait a minute.....R-Truth is basically the black jobber version of Cena :patrice:
