The North
In terms of drawing heat during a match he was one of the most effective heels of all time during his NWA run, without question, and a perfect fit for The Horsemen.

People hated this dude and wanted to see him killed. Just looked like the kind of dude you wanted to punch in the face.

HBK admits to have been influenced by him too, and you can definitely see that in some of HBK's signature heel antics.

People forget about him because his career was short and the fact he was overshadowed by Flair and even Arn.

Solid 8/10.

I gave him a 9. Tully was a monster. He was a great heel in and out of the ring. Truly made you hate him. He was great in the ring. The only thing I think holding him back from being world champion was his size and being in the Horsemen. His tag team with Arn is right behind the Steiners as my favorite tag team to watch. His I Quit match with Magnum is still one of the greatest matches I've ever seen and that finish was nuts with basically Magnum trying to kill him.

To me Tully was a less boisterous Flair.

And my favorite thing about Tully was he was just a truly hated heel. Not the cool one or one you secretly cheer for their brilliance. Tully came off like a straight dikk.

That's because the majority of TSC cats grew up off of WWF and started watching wrestling around 95, 96 and that's the earliest

Where cats liked us grew up off wrestling around 1984. When seen The AWA's, NWA's, USWA's, Smokey Mountain, Stampede ect and all the legendary wrestlers and territories

I gave Tully Blanchard a 10, he's one of the greatest scientific wrestler, great in ring work, great on the Mic, had legendary matches, a great heel and a baby face in his father wrestling territory.

The only knocked on him was his height.

Tully is a 10
