-Mic work/promos: 3
Billy Gunn's only remarkable promos were when he was on the receiving end of the 2 most well known roastings in the Attitude Era.
The Rock's promo
Edge's promo
He was a decent complement to Road Dogg but outside of the New Age Outlaws, his mic work is forgettable.
-Personality/gimmicks: 2
He somehow managed to have terrible gimmicks in 3 different eras of wrestling.
The Smoking Gunns during the mid 90s era of

gimmicks (don't ask how)
The Mr. Ass gimmick in the Attitude Era and yes that shirt is real
His mid-life crisis The One gimmick. All he did was get a haircut and change his colors.
Billy and Chuck in the post-Attitude Era
And even in TNA he was known as Cute Kip and worked with the Beautiful People
If it weren't for the NAO, I would have given this fool a 0.

So I guess you could say "I have 2 points for you"
I still don't even know what the Mr. Ass gimmick was about. Was it just that he liked asses?

I mean it said so in the song. That's not much of a gimmick.

at "so many asses, so little time"
-Ring work (along with some of your favorite matches/feuds): 6
He was extremely athletic for someone who was 6'4" and 260. His moveset was pretty great too. Jackhammer, Fameasser, Military Press Slam, a pretty good dropkick, and other moves. I can't remember a notable singles match from him though.
-Overall rating (which doesn't have to be an average of the above scores): 4
A good tag team wrestler who had awful gimmicks and one of the biggest flops of a push that we've ever seen. He'll definitely make the HOF as a member of the NAO since they're an iconic team but as a singles wrestler he's not getting in there.
