-Mic work/promos: 4. Dude was not good at all.
-Personality/gimmicks: 7. Truth be told, dude didn't really have much a personality, but he had a cool look and cool vibe going with the headband and karate jacket. I didn't even mind his gimmicked up look in the early '90s when Coke Boy really tried to make him "The Dragon".
-Ring work (along with some of your favorite matches/feuds): 9. One of the greatest wrestlers of all time. Obviously his matches and feuds with Savage and Flair rank at the top, but I enjoyed his feud and matches with Rude and Austin in WCW. Dustin Rhodes & Steamboat vs. The Enforcers at Clash is one of my favorite Steamboat moments, that was when he came back to WCW and being "The Dragon" in WWF.
