He's a bit underrated in the ring, imo. I don't think he has classic matches or anything, but he had that solid Southern territory worker feel to him, no doubt from being in the Armstrong family and getting his training in that style before heading off to the military. For a dude that wasn't a good athlete and had a shytty physique, he was pretty good in the ring in a way that only Southern wrasslers can pull off.

Could really talk that shyt when he wasn't just spouting catch phrases. I'd go with a 6, as an above average talent.

He wasn't a fantastic talker, but most everything he said got a noticeable reaction and he had a memorable catch phrase/promo spiel. Mic skills: 9.25

Charisma: 8.5. He was a level of over that had to be accounted for during the Attitude Era. This was particularly present during his IC and Hardcore title wins.

In-ring skill: 6. Nothing memorable, nothing offensive. He was an above-average/competent hand in an era that didn't ask top-tier ring work of its wrestlers.

Accomplished way more than he had any right to.

7.1.

Them writing him off (I think due to an injury) by having Jericho powerbomb him through a table, then having him return from that injury months later to put Jericho through a table was :russ:
