I would have also thought it improper if Trump had gone digging in Bill or Hillary Clinton’s dirty laundry when he was president and investigated them for the any number of corruption allegations they’ve been openly accused of. Not to mention Bill Clinton’s trips to Epstein Island.

Brother I’m going to need evidence for your claim that the only reason they didn’t indict trump for collusion with Russia was some kind of Washington formality. That was the main purpose of the Mueller probe and as such any other crimes uncovered by the probe not directly related to the stated mission of the Special Council would be an unconstitutional prosecution under section 4. You can’t make this exception for matters of public or national security however this is from the words of Robert Mueller himself and I implore you to read the report.
