Won’t say where I work but we’re looking at not how, but when he rescinds EO 11246 requirements for hiring of federal contractors and federal employees in general, how is that gonna work? We’re legally mandated and supposed to keep records of new hires, who sat on hiring boards, promotions, awards, who got fired, etc in order to curb discriminatory practices but ALL OF THAT is about to be finito (which is accessible to the public). Gonna be some real strange times ahead. I’m already prepping to find a new gig. I know my field is gonna get slaughtered by executive orders and congressional legislation.
