let ppl go to one of the most dangerous places in your phase 1
nikkas risking death to workout and look good for the casket
This thread was straight comedy and the messed up thing is he really said it I’m fiending for the gym just like the next person. And no doing calisthenics is not the same as heavy squats and deadlifts...Get that jail shyt out of here more people get swole from lifting weights point blank period...
but this shyt isn’t even feasible...your best bet is just to purchase a home gym set up...or to do calisthenics/cardio and body weight movements.
I’ve lost over 10lbs since this crap and I can imagine if it continues I will lose more but I’d rather not increase my chance of catching covid.
This is how twisted and sick these people areHow can you social distance at a gym?
So due to the shelter in place I've been trying Calisthenics and love it so far
Might cancel my gym membership and convert to this full time
fukk outta here calisthenics where it’s at my g lmao you ain’t lifting weights no time soon better do you some
Tragic comedy...so it's not a hoax
And to anyone saying “well work out at home,” there’s a reason why people have gym memberships. Ain’t nobody tryna spend a ton of money on a treadmill they can’t put away. I got a big ass park near me but they’re using that as a temp hospital for Covid-19 victims outside. You know what kind of spot in hell they have for people running laps around coronavirus victims? Besides the park is where everyone is anyway. shyt is problematic. It’s either rainy, brick or both here.
I’m going to find me a oly bar and squat rack somewhere. Until than I have no choice but to do dumbbell stuff and calisthenics...Yes settle for calisthenics as if I was in jail without weights.
pullups, dips, dumbbells, cardio, resistance bands, pushups, air squats, and lunges with some burpees...The struggle is here.
Will states go along is the question I have
If the gyms open I'll only go really late at night or really early in the morning. Basically the time when majority of people are not in the gym.
