I love how so many on the right are finally finding the balls to ask him to stick to message. They spoiled this guy rotten for literally years and now want him under a semblence of control.

Anybody else with all that on their back would be on their best behavior. And now Biden bowed out of rerunning so maga is stuck with a man who has all the issues they stayed on Biden about. Old. Not as sharp as he used to be.
You can give his base lip service but people seem to forget....he lost once already. His base isn't enough. They have never been enough. They weren't in 2016. They had a lot of help from folks who weren't paying enough attention. I tell people the worst thing he ever did in his entire life was run for president. People actually got a chance to get to know him. That kind of thing is either a great thing(if you're a halfway decent person) or a nail in the coffin if you're a deranged psychopath(trump is in this category if you haven't kept score).
Finally his mental decline is real. Sane folks on the right actually want him gone. An important number of them found the balls to speak up since Harris stepped into the race. Need more of that, though.
