And this is the reason, it'll always be an uphill battle, regarding reparations. Cacs refuse, and despise being confronted on their racism. Especially American cacs. They don't wanna hear about it. They want it kept out the mainstream and unreported. Whites that don't actively practice racism, still want to maintain the status quo, because they understand it benefits them, in various ways.:mjpls:


Unless some sort of loss happens, where cacs are brought to their knees, and forced to change (similar to Nazi Germany, when they were defeated), this type of shyt will occur. Of course. It’s the training that’s divisive, not the way we’ve been treated. Us bringing it up, and asking for change is the problem, not the racism.

Any black person who has worked in corporate environments has experienced all kinds of micro aggressions and racism on the job. And we’ve definitely dealt with incompetent white people in positions we KNOW only got the job because they knew someone, and are white.

This can be resolved if we practice group economics, and supported our own.
