I do like how the president was very obviously and just blatantly committing treason and he will be able to run for president again

It would be a comedy if it wasn't a tragedy. shyt like this would get you at minimum prison time or at the worst executed in other countries on the planet.

Thats why this country is heading for disaster. One party is ok with treason and death to democracy. And there's a good chance they will take control again soon. We are sitting ducks.

That's because Republicans (and somtimes Dems, but to a lesser extent) will defend literally anything the president does as long as they're a member of the same party.

You would literally need a House majority and a Senate supermajority to even have a chance at convicting a president of anything, and only if the president was from the other party.
