a 20% tariff is not that bad. China still cheapest in the market at that rate.

I usually do 50k orders. Import tax usually is 6k to clear. Might be 7 to 8k next time. Not that bad considering ordering in the US or Canada for the same amount of inventory at the same quality would cost 200k

That means the customer will pay atleast 20% more for the product. How is that not bad?:why:

that's not how it works. Price increases are averaged across the products. Its not a 20% increase.

If it cost me 1 dollar per book, but now it cost me 1.2 dollars. I do not increase the 20 dollar retail book to 24 dollars.

20% on anything non Chinese
60% on Chinese
