Something to watch closely: see what happens with the FBI headquarters. They’ve been trying to move to PG for years. Trump blocked it in 2016 bc he had the trump hotel in dc a block away. That hotel is gone now but he’s recently m still talked against the move, probably just to oppose the DOJ. But watch what he does now. If he changes his stance that will show you just how aggressive he wants to move in on PG. Also if he sticks his nose in the Commanders new stadium. Even tho he has no power related to it but he’ll likely make his stance known

Long story short we are in times that will have generational impact and we will look back on it like other events that shape decades; the war on terror, Reganomics, etc.
