These people want that 1950’s, Mad Men era back. Back when Boomers were running shyt and “America was great”.
Not realizing things have changed and people/the world has adjusted.
Now they want to bring back big oil (because you know.. fukk the planet, fukk climate control, and holding on to the value of the US dollar by trying to make sure we still depend on oil), bringing back sexual harassment and discrimination in the workplace, bringing back redlining and segregation for minorities, erasing EEO (we were joking about it in the office and I made sure people could hear me) etc.
Now.. lets bring back Menthol cigarrettes because thats whats REALLY important.
And you know what, I’m the only black person I know who still smokes outside of my moms, and I only started the habit so I could skate on breaks in the military with homeboys.
Most black people smoke ports, blacks, hookahs, or weed… or they don’t smoke at all.. so how tf is this for us?
Its like damn… these dudes just refuse to die off.

In Denver they passed a "flavor" ban, that was to be going into effect this year. Menthols and flavored vapes etc. as far as I know it was supposed to start in January, but I hadn't noticed it yet or heard much more. This is only in Denver, and other cities wouldn't be "affected. "
