You won't hear a word of criticism from the same people who lied and claimed the Biden administration abandoned North Carolina after Hurricane Helene and that burns me up. These folks had no problem spreading misinformation when the previous administration strongly supported the state with disaster relief, and approved 100% FEMA cost coverage for emergency response and debris removal.

Now here we are, six months later, and FEMA, under the Trump administration, has decided not to extend that federal support. But the same voices who cried foul before? Silence. Not a word. No outrage. No calls for accountability. Nothing. And why? Because this time, it doesn't serve their agenda. This proves they never cared about getting support or relief to people, but about scoring points. And now that help is being pulled away for real this time, and they're nowhere to be found.

We will see how the people who are still being affected will take the news. I’m literally in the streets up there 6 months later and people are still hurting. If they still back then fools then I don’t know what to tell them

As someone who has to traverse the state a lot. I say good! The drivers in that area display typical cac rage, going 90 for no reason, squatted or lifted beyond use trucks. Nikka be so happy to get back in Charlotte/Raleigh rush hour.

On the real though, you can feel the spirit of a place passing through… They got the man they PRAYED for. Not much sympathy. They just diminished fixing/clearing 100 miles of I40… a year later. I pity the fools!
