You know how banks would charge you out the ass for insufficient funds fees and overdrafts.....before some banks would be slick and know you charged a $10.00 transaction first and then a $200.00 transaction later on after money came into your account to cover it but, they'd pretend the $200.00 transaction happened earlier in the day when you didn't have enough funds so they could stick you with a $30.00 overdraft fee. The CFPB sued mad banks over those practices. That's what they do.
