Yea I feel bad for Jess (Dep Chief of Mission). She got there around the time of the hiring freeze and Gaspard was leaving. She got fukked royally from day one. Ministry were willing to work with Gaspard due to the obvious but white woman in majority black country stands no chance in hell in getting anything accomplished.
