i don't even get the LOL in the tweet because she had no chance and there wouldn't have even been a fuss made about it. the criticism of Obama then would be why did he nominate a woman who he knew would have been DOA with the republican majority. at least with garland they could say you all voted for him before and let the republicans reveal themselves to be smartly playing a partisan long game even it was unethical.
