It was a Democratic district until recently. However, the rural parts of the district (which makes up most of the district) outweigh the vote of Plattsburgh vote overwhelmingly for Trump and the GOP.

Not really. 2018 was a blue wave year and she still won in a landslide and she got 65% of the vote with Trump on the ballot.

She's not in much trouble. I would love for her to be defeated but I'm not counting on it.

Democrats are much more likely to flip Lee Zeldin's or Peter King's district. Upstate NY (outside of urban areas) is becoming more staunchly Republican and especially TRUMP Republican.
