American is actually a fascinating example of the worker class having more information then ever and believing less.

All fascinating instances where the working class of America has allowed the robber barons to feed them more and more misinformation and they gladly accept it. Facebook, the GOP, right wing media have fed this for profit and they can not put this evil back in the box, but they think they can control it, but they can't.

If Trump isn't stopped, one way or the other America as we know it is over. It may already be. Every Trump supporter is potentially a domestic terrorist.

How do you deal with that shyt?

Many states are lost causes. They’ll either require post civil war style military occupation from a non corrupt federal government (this did however lead to a decades long campaign of terrorism and focused violence even towards governors, representatives, and senators throughout the former confederacy that eventually saw the federal government withdraw from the south and concede to giving them an apartheid state. Funny how most schools don’t teach this.) or the nation will have to split into many smaller countries.

They’re too far gone to bring back at this point. You got people like this baseball umpire declaring himself a domestic terrorist with pride. I guarantee his job pays him well and his quality of life is at least decent. In spite of this, he says he’s willing to kill people if his god king is held accountable for his crimes. Lot of people like this madman. They’re happy to be this far gone. Many are on record stating that they don’t care if their lives go to shyt as long as people the dislike suffer more. Most of the people who went to Jonestown never left, instead choosing to drink the koolaid. These people are fundamentally no different than the 9/11 hijackers and just as dangerous. Quarantine as many as you can and let the flyover states have them. If they want dictatorship, then let them have one while the coastal states and northeast secede and have a functioning democracy. When an infected finger becomes gangrenous, you have to cut it off before the rest of the hand and arm are infected and the host dies.

That is the predicament we find ourselves in.

This whole mess is a 9/11 in the sense that it forever has changed our country and the world.

Our politics are forever changed.

I don't see Trump staying in power although I couldn't for the life of me envision him winning in the first place.

I remember my sister calling me in September of 2016 crying. She was all emotional which is unlike her. She was totally engrossed in the election. But she calls me telling me that she knows for a fact Trump will win.

I told her no way and to stop going on Facebook and exchanging with the trolls and what not. Before we hung up she said, I know he's gonna win. And it will be terrible.

I still don't know how she knew for sure and even she doesn't recall why she was so sure he would win.

I don't see him being removed but I do see the dems winning this time around. Because we have no choice. And losing is not an option. If people can't get off their lazy iphone asses and go vote then we truly deserve this misery and deserve to lose the country.

This is the final test. But even if we win shyt will still be a circus. This presidency has changed everything. And everyone.

Maybe a dumb question but why won't the Dems vote on a formal impeachment hearing? Pelosi declined to do this last week.

Are they trying to avoid clowns like Gaetz and Gym Jordan juelzing in front of a national audience every time they call a witness?

Seems to me like the strongest play would be to have everything front and center. Maybe I'm just not that saavy, genuinely don't see the advantage of operating like the Dems are

They are still gathering evidence. They are waiting until they have an adequate amount of evidence that will very clearly show Trump has abused his power, has broken the law, and there are little to no reservations about this because the evidence is so good
