Mulvaney didn't say the aid was held up unless they investigated the Bidens. He talked about the DNC server and Democrats 2016. I don't understand why CNN and MSNBC are hyping this up? Impeachment is about the Bidens, investigating your political opponent in the current election and federal election law. This was a dumb comment by Mulvaney because he basically admitted to corruption, but it's not going to hurt in regards to Impeachment. He needed to admit the money was held up unless the Bidens were investigated.
