Keeping my overhead low, and my understand high
The Actual Laws Trump Has Broken Amount to 10 Years in Prison

Take 18 U.S. Code § 872: “Extortion by officers or employees of the United States.”

...

2 U.S. Code § 192, “Refusal of witness to testify or produce papers,”

...

18 U.S. Code § 610, which covers that crime rather clearly under the title: “Coercion of political activity.”

...

18 U.S. Code § 607, “Place of solicitation,” and 52 U.S. Code § 30121, “Contributions and donations by foreign nationals.”

theintercept

This is my first time seeing anyone actually cite the laws...But ultimately it's all about what can actually by proven...

Listened to a British commentator absolutely RIP Trump and his followers this morning on the radio. :banderas:

He was commenting on the statement Trump made about the Kurds not being in Normandy to defend the Syria pullout. The commentator basically said, if someone wanted to respond to such a silly comment, that considering Trump's ancestors are from Germany, he should be the last person to be talking about the battle of Normandy. :picard:

Then he proceed to lay into the Brits who supported Brexit and showed their admiration for Trump. It was brilliant.

I was seeing on Msnbc this morning how Joe Scarborough pointed out how Trump had said on Twitter that Fox News basically should work for him and they need to help him no matter what.

Also said something like this is telling for them to put out.
Can’t remember who posted the article of Paul Ryan saying fox needs to start distancing themselves from Trump but this is probably the slow beginning of that.

Plus one of those polls, is if Trump is getting what he deserves or not. You know trump wants to shyt on them for even putting this out. I’m sure someone is advising him against it though.

With the recent polls and Republicans saying Trump has blood on his hands and that he gave Isis a new lease on life, he feeling the heat right now.

We're a day or so away from images of casualties of a conflict that we could have prevented caused. Donald Trump has blood on his hands and it is not going to go well for him.

Fixed.

I'm astounded by how every fu*king day (day!!!) it's something new. If this isn't being orchestrated and is somehow just a long string of incompetent coincidences I'll be shocked. I feel like we are living through America being torn apart from the very top and it just all feels so intentional at this point.

Oddly enough, my FB feed doesn't seem to have ANY pro-Trump rhetoric these days (though I did cull most of the pro-Trumpers, including family. I just can't do it...).

WASHINGTON—Two foreign-born donors to a pro- Trump fundraising committee who helped Rudy Giuliani’s efforts to investigate Democrat Joe Biden were arrested late Wednesday on criminal charges of violating campaign finance rules and are expected to appear in court on Thursday, according to people familiar with the matter.

Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman, two Florida businessmen, have been under investigation by the U.S. Attorney’s office in Manhattan
, and are expected to appear in federal court in Virginia later on Thursday, the people said. The men’s nationalities were unclear, though both were believed to have been born in former Soviet republics.

Mr. Giuliani, President Trump’s private lawyer, identified the two men in May as his clients. Both men have donated to Republican campaigns including Mr. Trump’s, and in May 2018 gave $325,000 to the primary pro-Trump super PAC, America First Action, through an LLC called Global Energy Producers, according to Federal Election Commission records.

The exact nature of the charges couldn’t immediately be determined.

John Dowd, a lawyer for the two men, didn’t respond to a request for comment.

The Campaign Legal Center, a transparency advocacy group, filed a complaint with the FEC in July 2018 calling on the commission to investigate whether Messrs. Parnas and Fruman had violated campaign-finance laws by using an LLC to disguise the source of their donations.

Messrs. Parnas and Fruman had a dinner with the president in early May 2018, according to since-deleted Facebook posts captured in a report published by the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project. They also met with the president’s son, Donald Trump Jr. , later that month at a fundraising breakfast in Beverly Hills, Calif., along with Tommy Hicks Jr. , a close friend of the younger Mr. Trump who at the time was heading America First Action. Mr. Parnas posted a photo of their breakfast four days after his LLC donated to the super PAC.

Since late 2018, Mr. Fruman and Mr. Parnas have introduced Mr. Giuliani to several current and former senior Ukrainian prosecutors to discuss the Biden case.

In other words you have no rebuttal.

Anyway, I think Lindsay Graham will eventually subpoena any witness that talks to the House for the sole purpose of publicly discrediting and shytting all over them to help Trump. He's going to engage in crazy political theater.
This is my last time replying to you then I'm putting you on ignore because its clear your some Trump nut only here to only cause confusion. You lambasted for the longest how impeaching Trump would backfire yet support for it only has gone up even breaking 50% on fox news of all places, that public sentiment gives them public majority and public mandate to exercise their house powers including inherent contempt. You'd like people to think that the house exercising its full authority and power would backfire against criminals we all see commit crimes out in the open would somehow be to their detriment ..wtf?!. If the house has the power to investigate then they also have the power granted to them to lock up those not complying with said investigations. Its not a question of either or. You've been consistently wrong on everything.
