Mueller couldnt complete his work because they either lied, refused to cooperate or destroyed evidence. They kept brazenly obstructing justice. It is clearly about the nobodies as well as the big fish. Its how they brought down the mafia..they put pressure on all the underling nobodies to snitch who in turn provided information on the guys up top. It was a culminative effect. Barr is too slimey to get caught out there lacking and Trump has a Republican firewall. Rudy is essentially a nobody considering he doesnt work for the White House and I guarentee if you lock him up or any other underlings close to the president, they will start to sing because I doubt they will go to jail for Trump.
