I am not saying it is an all out conspiracy, from Trump, or just a reflection of the climate of the senior Justice Department positions, all whom are Barr people, like O Callagan, a hard right winger. To not even offer a sentencing recommendation is again, very unusual. The judge is not going to go for this, she's a veteran, now of the special counsel trials and sentencing. She will give Stone 60 months is my guess, if this even makes it to sentencing, what a disgrace.

Actually, the prosecutors usually did this in the SC cases, which is a somewhat of a punt from Justice Department on this one.
