interesting to focus on that aspect of the discussion as if republicans and (politically) conservative sympathizers haven't done significant damage to the black community. especially at the state and local district level. many of them in positions of power in the financial, judicial, and law enforcement community. i don't see why we should give republicans a chance when they actively pursue policies to suppress black representation and advancement.

perhaps you will make a case for blacks for republicans since you blame democrats for destroying our community. or maybe that's not what you're saying? at the very least you're muddying the waters by positioning yourself as apolitical but focusing on how "dems have destroyed the black community" without mentioning the role republicans have played.
