i have my suspicion that this has more to do with the Starlink deal that Elon has been trying to launch in SA. SA say sell 30% of your company's expansion to a black South African company, but the Boer doesn't want to do that. Now mind you SA's law is actually for a foreign or non black company to sell 50% of it company to a SA.
