I'm not a lawyer or anything but wouldn't his lawyer have been given a copy of the warrant? If it's "unlawful", why haven't they (the lawyers) shown it to the public yet?

Yes, Trump has the warrant and is choosing not to go public with it.

Why? That's a good question :yeshrug: a lot of other people are also wondering that

He's right, I do think it's hilarious :umad:

The best case scenario might be if Trump refuses to go away, starts a GOP civil war, and drags DeSantis down with him.
I would LOVE to see him go full Nino Brown on everybody that pledged their allegiance to him if the heat gets hot enough.

My question is why in world would Trump keep incriminating documents for over 2 years? He's an idiot if he didnt shred the documents.

Well he is an idiot so it isn't surprising. No crime is complete until you've tidied up the evidence, its basic competency to destroy anything incriminating or at least to hide it someplace better than your own home :dead:

I've been reading all of the coverage concerning this raid and it's absolutely hilarious how blatantly he violated established federal law concerning archive handling. The sheer sloppiness being allowed is impressive.

And while conservatives have been crying about Hillary Clinton and her emails (with Clinton herself bragging on social media in the wake of the raids) it also puts into perspective how clear the lines are, and why the Clinton investigation was so absurd, and also why it was overblown. With Trump literally taking boxes of classified documents home with him, via car, alongside memorabilia - they gave him a shytton of leeway

Dem dummies hyped for another nothing burger :dead: mueller report all over again lmao
in this case he without a doubt violated a handful of federal laws - but they're not tied to other criminal conduct he's really being investigated over.

This is akin to being investigated for arms trafficking only for the feds to raid your house and discover you've underpaid on taxes by like $30k
