It comes from the Lets Go Brandon thing. Last year at some Nascar event the people in the audience were chanting "fukk Joe Biden" while the winner of the race was being interviewed. The dude doing the interview tried to override the chant with "Let's Go Brandon!" Conservatives turned that into a meme so that's why you see "Let's Go Brandon" stickers on cars because it stands for fukk Joe Biden. And occasionally they would call him Brandon.

Since Biden started racking up some major legislative wins in Congress back to back in the last couple weeks, and the recent killing of the Al-Queda leader, liberals on twitter made Dark Brandon a thing.
