No they didn't. They allegedly shut down a nuclear testing site, but they have not destroyed the handful of nuclear warheads they possess. If they were willing to give up nukes we wouldn't be having this conversation and the summit would still be on. Trump even mentions it in the letter:

"You talk about your nuclear capabilities," Trump wrote in his letter to Kim, "but ours are so massive and powerful that I pray to God they will never have to be used."
