This isn't about the results of the FBI case, it's about whether or not a joke about a criminal situation is punishable, and what should that punishment be. If anything, Hillary's joke statement was worse because it was said during the active investigation. Donald's joke statement was about finding and turning over supposedly lost evidence. Surely if the latter is treasonous, the former is treasonous, no?
