Few things:

- photo as a kid has a kid wearing a ‘Next’ sweater, which is popular high street brand in UK
- his mum 100 percent has a British accent
- if his dad is this doctor, it seems the group he works for are also British, based in the US.
- the picture with 21 as a baby with the houses behind it, that is very much London

That being said, they may be from Dominica but they all seem very British, so lots of mixed messages here. Interesting to see how this plays out!
