Believe me man, I know about buying drugs. Even with harder stuff like coke & heroin, it isnt hard to find an affluent dealer. Anything is better then buying off of the streets

Or we could rebuild our own neighborhoods ourselves and keep the prime location instead of leaving. Gentrification happens for a reason

Now the brothas and sistas have been gentrifreed to the corresponding cities to the south.
The asian folks stayed, but the white folks cummed in in droves!!!
Now there's more cacasians than any other group. They have now regained and reclaimed their spot as the majority.
But the thing aboot these infiltrators is that their more the affluent/yuppie type (mostly due in part of a new, shiny "light rail"
system that was commissioned a few years back, it's quite attractive and lures in transplants from all over the world, but
you can also factor in companies/corporate offices/headquarters of:
Microsoft, Boeing, Amazon, T-Mobile, Starsucks Coffee Corp, Expedia, Real Networks, Darigold, Tullys
Pemco, Amazon.com, Zillow, Costco, REI, (and Zumiez?).

The overcast is unbearable for a lot of folks... but people still manage to move here (average 50,000 newcummers per physical year).
I don't mind whites for the most part (after all, my lady friend is a cac)... as long as their cultured and can eat duck embryo.
