White restaurants don't have live djs and if they do there is dancing at white restaurants too.

A good example is Eclipse di luna in ATL. White restaurant at a certain time the dj plays salsa music and people get up and dance.

Eclipse has a dancing section and livebands specifically for dancing
I get what you're saying - but there are restaurants that have dance sections - this place didn't - which is why there were women standing on furniture and dancing.

Again places where you go to eat drink and twerk exist. It’s fairly normal behavior for adults to go out and party.
