When does something become plagiarism is my question...Going with themes/philosophical viewpoints that have been expressed in previous works by other authors isn't exactly new...but some of the dialogue is a little close

I'm actually familiar with Liggoti's writing, and the book in question.
It is a valid complaint IMO. I doubt this will ever go to court, and if he did I doubt they'd win....but Rust was on some Jay-Z shyt with some of his dialogue.
If I recall I mentioned it in the "TD" thread. Not necessarily that it was plagiarism, but that Rust was obviously influenced by Lovecraft/Liggoti.
Season 2 will make or break the validity of these claims.
