think the writer/director just threw as much conspiracy shyt (imagery, talk, etc.) in the show that they could, and a lot of it doesnt have shyt to do with shyt lol...even though the story has been told straight, think they just fed the natural curiousity of people especially in regards to conspiracies...since they probably figured a lot of people would go that way anyway...that interview talking about the spiral pic in the kitchen being an accident, kinda confirmed it for me...

that's true about it being a detective show and i agree, but that wasnt what mel was talking about...he was talking about the owl, and i was just saying how i dont think a lot of the symbolism in the show has any significant meaning in regards to the show...that they were just putting things in just cause to mess with people cause they knew people would go that angle anyway...cause i agree, i'm sure there are plenty of people out there that practice all kinds of shyt, but the writer has said plenty of times the cult shyt is in the background in terms of importance of the show, but people still try to force it into the forefront...that's what i was alluding to..
