To me its pretty good overall. Maybe 1 or 2 filler episodes but the season finale was last night and without spoiling it the theme of the show is changing dramatically for season 2

I marathoned the entirety of The Last Ship. Yooooo... That was a killer finale. I'm definitely tuning in for season 2.

Exactly. I actually hate Sookie. I watch this shyt for Lafayette and Eric. I don't know if she's like this in the books but the show made her a self-centered flaky dumb bytch slut.

Yea, thefirst season is pretty much the first book...season 2 is like books 2&3 and then it pretty much is 100 percent different outside of some characters....thnk they wanted to kill Lafayette like the book, but he was too popular they kept him alive. Show coulda been up there with the goats if the writing after season 2 didnt fall apart.
