Yep. Something similar happened in Atlanta and the authorities tried to blame that fire/highway collapse on people smoking crack underneath there.






In this case, I get some truckers may pull off and rest underneath there but it still looks suspect to me (as did the Atlanta situation).

The thing that struck me as funny is this happened like 6 am Sunday...the least busy time of the entire week. No one died probably bc of that.
