Yep! Jay was 27 when his first album dropped, DMX was 28, Rick Ross was 30, I think 2 Chainz was 35, Jay Electronica is like 35-36 and Ja Rule said he remembers seening Jay Elec all the way back during the Jack the Rapper events and that was the mid 90s.
