You keep deflecting and avoiding what i've said this entire time. All you're doing is making excuses. The fact that you can't agree on the simple fact that in HIP HOP if you talk greasy you are liable to get hands put on you is ridiculous breh. Just agree with that and keep it moving. If you talk greasy in hip hop then you should expect hands to be put on you, problem is the fans are just as soft as the artists now so they make excuses.

In hip-hop, people HAVE obviously caught fades for talking greasy. I agree with that much (if that's your point). In life, it happens. I just don't agree that what Makonnen said would qualify as "greasy" or not greasy enough to warrant any real shyt and my original statement was essentially disagreeing with your question of "how is it catching feelings?" If Makonnen was firing real shots at Troy and got the hands, that'd be one thing, but this right here is, indeed, a case of someone catching feelings. High school, like I said before.

Makonnen is/was talking greasy by saying something negative about an artist in public/twitter. That alone warrants at least the dude to be smacked up. Making it public that you think something someone does is wack is cause for pushback. It doesn't really matter if they remixed his song or not, don't make it public unless you're ready for the people you're criticizing to make their escalation public. If dude gets his head bashed in i hope nobody feels sorry for him because he brought it on himself by tweeting like a hoe.
