if it was anything that would help his case he wouldn't be going to trial. meaning if he had video to show the opposite what the state thinks happens he wouldnt be going to trial it would have got squashed by now or a lesser charge. also im sure his lawyer doesnt want those released to the public atm if ever just to sell a mixtape or two would hurt his defense
