“If he (Troy Ave) cared about my son as much as he alleged he does, I would've received a call from him. He didn't call me. He didn't call any of my other sons.”

:scust:

“The investigation is moving forward very rapidly, and we expect to close it quickly,” Police Commissioner Bill Bratton said said on "The Len Berman and Todd Schnitt Show" on 710 WOR radio.
:salute: law abiding citizens helping solve this.

this isn't the first time shots rang out at a concert, this is usually the norm. just saying the people in the streets not gonna approve anybody speaking on criminal activity. that's how that shyt goes. we ain't safe out here. people should know this already.
Nobody cares about people in the streets when they can't keep their business out the public

I'm pretty sure they already did this with a 21 savage show a month or so ago. It was Webster Hall.

21 Savage Show Allegedly Moved From Manhattan After "Strong Advisory" From NYPD
These situations will be used by the city to further criminalize BLACKNESS.

And any event with large crowds of black people.

Don't think this won't effect the West Indian Day Parade, or any other hip-hop event.

I've been seeing the writing on the wall ever since 2012 when all of these free events on Kent near Williamsburg Bridge slowly but surely started to go from free to paid events, in order to minimize the likeliness of black and spanish people attending...they stay trying to weed out anything that brings large amounts of black people together. The fear of hip-hop shows is basically the fear of anything that attracts black crowds. I don't understand why y'all don't see this especially in the stop & frisk racial profiling capital of the WORLD.

It's not about the crowd hip-hop shows attracts, or hip-hop, but factor all of this in together and you can see why this will be only seen as a negative for us here in NYC.

I remember Maino talking about the Troy Ave Joey Badass shyt. Basically saying it was wrong but I thought he was saying he's cool with Troy Ave
Yeah, he called out Troy Ave for joking about the whole suicide thing. However he said he tried to call both sides [Pro Era and BsB] and make peace of but they wasn't really tryna do it.

why didnt security check for guns?

Someone prolly knew security and let them pass thru. It's that simple. These venues aren't hiring ex cops or even a licensed security firm to do security. It's regular ass dudes who just happen to know people

Wow so Banga died protecting Troy Ave and Bangas mom is pissed

"
McPhatter, 33, died doing what he’d done for many years — looking out for Troy Ave, the victim’s mother, Rose McPhatter, said at the Gowanus Houses.

“He actually cared a lot about Troy Ave. My wish is that Troy Ave cared as much about my son as he cared about him. I say that because I watched how my son would always bend over backwards to help him,” Rose said.

If he (Troy Ave) cared about my son as much as he alleged he does, I would've received a call from him. He didn't call me. He didn't call any of my other sons.”

This might be a little premature. He's in the hospital and I imagine that' a tough phone call to make. But I ain't never been in no situation like this so idk what protocol to follow. :ld:

I read the stats...and they say it clearly that Black people are responsible for 52% of the murders in this country :to:
I hate having to look this stuff up...but here you go (these are official government numbers)
These are the stats for MURDERS by race.

http://www.bjs.gov/content/pub/pdf/htus8008.pdf

oUp6vwg.jpg

So when cats want to act like these acts of violence are just a small percentage of whats really going on...they are just putting their head in the sand and playing dumb.
if this table is to be believed that pretty damning
so half of the murders in the country are committed by black offenders?
look at the rate per 100,000 we are 34.4 vs 4.5/4.1 ..........pretty damning if this table is accurate

rap and glorify killing your own people and not expect it to affect your mentality brehs
