that is the reason why... you just witness somebody get shot and killed... and nobody else is stepping up to tell... also you've seen people step up to tell before and watched them get blown away......

well what in the hell are you thinking bout to happen to you... or your loved ones... you think the cops gonna protect you? nope... these nikkas obviously ain't scared to kill nikkas... and after you tell, you still gotta go home... to a neighborhood of degenerates who know you told, and ready to leap out there and do something stupid as fukk for a rep

shyt ain't a game... COPS was telling women to yell fire instead of rape cause nikkas wasn't about to risk their lives to help... you think they bout to risk it for somebody already dead.... NOPE
Guess you just have to clap everyone yourself.

But really brothas dont have pull like that so you can easily move out the city, come back in a disguise and makewhatever you want to happen happen.

A Chelsea teenager who was due to testify against MS-13 gang members was shot, slashed and had his hand hacked off in a
grisly murder in East Boston
after authorities had helped move him to Worcester, a detective said in federal court.

Christofer de la Cruz, 16, was brutally killed Jan. 10 by MS-13 members who had been plotting the hit for months, Chelsea police detective Scott Conley testified during a federal detention hearing last month for murder suspect Jairo “Seco” Perez.

you can find hundreds of cases like this... there was a woman who's child was clapped up.. she went to testify... then they came back and clapped her up.. police chief came out and literally said "people need to understand there's no protection:

UPDATE: A 26-year-old Chattanooga mother is the city's 15th murder victim. Channel 3 is taking a close look at the circumstances surrounding her death and talking to those who loved her.

Bianca Horton was expected to testify against the man accused of shooting her daughter, Zoey in 2015. Police say Horton’s death was gang-related, but it's not clear if her plans to testify played a role.

"There is no such thing as witness protection for local crimes, there's maybe some confusion about that," Fletcher explained.

However, Chattanooga police offer several services for victims of violent crimes.

If a victim requests it, police will put their address on a watch list, increase patrols, or add surveillance to a neighborhood.

man ain't nobody trying to die for some nikka they didn't even know in the club... they just not... not when the police ain't about to do shyt to help you but drive around a few more times

Part 2. Star saying he heard from like 10 good sources Troy ran down first with the trouble. Punched somebody and got his man killed. Unfortunate.

Lesson: Don't fukk with real goon nikkas. Every action provokes a greater reaction :to: Troy underestimated dude and how savage his goons were?

Troy probably thought "yeah, I'm in a room full of rappers. I'm gonna punch him and people will break it up. Everybody gonna respect my gangsta :banderas: imma restore the feelin"

I doubt they can use his music against him in court to be fair. As far as I know, he doesn't have a criminal rap sheet, so that also may help, but otherwise, unless you're Cory Gunz and you can giggle your way out of jail time, those laws are strict in a police state like Manhattan
They used Ra Diggs lyrics and Youtube videos to help send that nikka to Supermax
