First degree is premeditated. Of course it's not going to be that.
It could easily be 2nd degree though. And if he beats that he's got the gun charges.
His only way to beat the 2nd degree murder charge is to prove self defense. What I see in that video is people running away from him. It doesn't matter what happened before that. If the person is trying to flee it's no longer self defense.

Slept on post. All she gotta say is Troy wasn't the shooter in the green room and she is certain he's not the shooter.
To beat the attempted murder, he can with a good lawyer say he was in shock from being shot and only shot because the person he is shown shooting was aiming a gun at him which is why he ducked down after he fired one shot and all he was trying to do was get out the venue safely. He can say he never fired just to fired because if that was the case, he could have shot the person that was laying on the ground and didn't. He can say he aimed it at him scared at first but then realized the guy didn't have anything to harm him which is why he didn't shoot him and he only shot the one because the guy off camera was aiming a gun at him.
The fukked up part is they found 3 fukking guns in the van that drove him to the hospital? Like wtf????? And if they got cameras that show the other side where Troy Ave shot into and nobody seems to be aiming anything, then it's Reynolds.
But if this cat beats all charges.....
