Troy Ave Indicted on Attempt Murder Charges

We have mandatory sentences here. You could have a legal dream team on your side and he's still seeing time. It doesn't matter about money either, just look at Lil Wayne and Plaxico Burress. He's caught on tape firing a weapon in a crowded room with the intent to harm on top of carrying an illegal firearm. I highly doubt he have a concealed firearm permit because they only gives those out to the powerful and rape victims who fear for their life.

If a body comes back on that weapon then it's over. If not he's still seeing 25+ years at the minimum. They love to make an example out of people and he's the perfect candidate.

To be honest the emotion of wanting to defend your friend is understandable. But in retrospect Troy Ave will regret this. So it's a stupid decision. You think he's looking back thinking his only regret is not killing his victim? I bet his son will be proud, he doesn't get a father but his daddy shot the air in a club. Salute.

If revenge is required maybe it shouldn't have been in a camera'd up club when you could've hurt others and weren't didn't even have a clear shot (or good aim apparently).
