For one the owners of Irving plaza. The venue provided an unsafe environment that allowed guns to get in there. Most clubs in NYC have insurance companies to handle claims like this. More often than not its settled out of court for a substantial sum. They may also go after the concert promoters too, but that remains to be seen.

How does it work ? Someone got shot and the club got to pay or is it possible for the club to avoid liability by proving that they did everything in their power to avoid that shyt ?
