a strange irony that there is a milk carton with a missing brain on his shirt. certainly applies to this situation here. The pressure and image to portray a certain lifestyle begins to embody certain rappers to a point where by the time he hits his 2nd or 3rd year in prison realizing had he not carried himself like he needed to be a magnet for beef, he wouldnt be sitting in there its gonna hit him. You have everything, you tour, you are doing songs with big names, yet his need to be something he no longer needed to be (or maybe never was) got him what he wanted. He busted his gun, hes gonna go to jail, all things we praise in hip hop, and for what...
Yes indeed. You said it. This situation is fuggin' TRAGIC. :'-(
Troy Ave sees the world in stark black/white good/bad terms. He admitted it in the interviews about someone's suicide. (Such people are often foul-tempered. They do not appreciate nuance. They rush to judgment and will tell you all about the conclusions to which they just jumped -- no filter. My mother is such a person.) Troy Ave will serve prison time because his impulse control is non-existent.
A slow, bearded, lazy, big-boned bison like Rick Ross would have fired no shots that night. He'd let internet shyt-talkers like Tax Stone talk their internet shyt. Speaking of Rick Ross...
RR is the opposite of Troy Ave.
--Troy Ave said in several interviews that he USED TO deal drugs, but now he just raps. He admitted that he quit distributing narcotics. Troy Ave did it, quit it, and admitted both.
--RR dealt no drugs but presents a drug kingpin persona with every album.
